Juliamv Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Does Anyone has some good tuts for drawing body shapes in different poses and such?;o
spoonsinger Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 I'm crap at drawing. Was always lost at the art teacher saying 'Draw what you see'. Which isn't in the least bit helpful. However with the modern age of the internet, (and it's biliizion's of pictures), coupled with various bits of software and a good pen tablet which allows tracing, the world is your oyster. (Actually that's not true because millions of other people have that facility too - so if you are doing it for fun, Yeh!. If you can earn good money out of it Yeh! Yeh! - but that's unlikely without the whole 'personal' skill thing).
worksa7 Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 For poses I practice on http://www.posemaniacs.com/ It will flash various ones at you and you have seconds to sketch the form and motion essentials before moving to another one.
Kaz Aanh Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 I misread the title as " Drowning Tips" About the topic there are series of books for manga writers full of female poses references, might wanna take a look there.

Storms of Superior Posted June 18, 2016 Posted June 18, 2016 Start with drawing basic forms (sphere, cylinder, cone, cube, pyramid) then use your imagination to put them together. A basic drawing class would help a good deal.
worldofhavok Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Study of your favorite artists and try to get inspiration from them
