[help] need a normal dds to jpg and jpg to dds porgramm

I loked for it on nexus but it darkening my files. How to fix it, please

Or is there anyone who knows, please, about dds converter which do not converting a fair skin for heavy tan or something like that

You can use Gimp or Photoshop.

Paint.net is fairly normal.

Huge thanks to great Leito86,  now I use IntelTexture for photoshop and it works!
