Are there any tutorials on how to use nifskope to make custom meshes for skyrim and fallout 4?

you can't make meshes with nifskope, but you can copy over some objects from one nif to another and edit texture mappings.

For making custom meshes you either need a 3d tool like blender or 3dmax if the custom mesh is a outfit you can try using outfit studio. If you can make a .obj file of it then you can load it into outfit studio.

Well, I was hoping to make some wristwatch meshes and figure out a way to put them into the game as a mod, but I have no idea how to.
