Zakaroo Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 Hi, I just found Lovers with PK (and therefore, the forum) and tried to install it. I had a problem, and couldn't find the solution in the forum. The problem is that every 5 seconds, a message shows up stating: Loversbackup2 Pluggy installation not found Loversbackup2 will not function I have the base plugins, the resources, the addon pack, Joburg, MB2, Pay Bandit, and RaperS installed. I've tried it with just the base plugins, resources, and addon pack, but it does the same thing. Sorry if this is just me being a noob, but... help?!
whitewolf Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 Your missing pluggy, it's available at http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23979 Hope this helps
HanPL Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 After extracting pluggy to obse folder make sure your rename it to : OBSE_Elys_Pluggy_HUD.dll
Zakaroo Posted July 19, 2011 Author Posted July 19, 2011 Thanks for the help - they should put pluggy as a requirement on the page. In any case, it's working now.
Alusinic Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 Hey im having this problem too and i did download it from the site and done what the readme said to do as well as renaming the .dll yet it still constantly comes up with that error
mesckin Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Same problem here. Definitely do have pluggy in the proper folders and tried renaming as was already mentioned, but no dice.
gregathit Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plug-ins\ The above is the correct location. As to the renaming.........that is only for Tamagoclub (and maybe a couple of other lovers mods too), however you don't need to rename it for loversbackup2.
RogueMage Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Hey im having this problem too and i did download it from the site and done what the readme said to do as well as renaming the .dll yet it still constantly comes up with that error Just for the case that you are totally new to this: Have you installed OBSE as well, as pluggy is a plugin for obse and are you starting your game with the OBSE-launcher?
gregathit Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Good point RogueMage.......they may also need to check which version of obse they are using. Would be best to run v20 (the latest). http://obse.silverlock.org/
Cherrypop Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 In case if others run into the same problem as I did for the 2nd time, the wording of the path must be Oblivion\Data\obse\plugins By renaming and creating the folder obse and having it in lowercase and plugins as it is the pluggy is missing stopped bitching at me xD And this post will help me in case i have to do an reinstalltion again in the future >.>
da121064 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 what if the obse file is in the src folder.? do move it to oblivion\data then create the plugin folder
gregathit Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 what if the obse file is in the src folder.? do move it to oblivion\data then create the plugin folder It will NOT work in any folder EXCEPT the one specified. See post 10 on the correct folder structure.

gregathit Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Pluggy (an OBSE plugin) is ONLY required for Lovers backup2 and NOT for Lovers with PK. Lovers backup2 is really only useful if you switch characters a bunch, as it allows you to import your adjustments for sexual alignment that you make during the game. Honestly, if you note down those adjustments (along with the animations number - you can see all of this via the console window) then input those changes into the ini file, then you really don't need lovers backup2.
