In random order: * A fully working F4SE with some extension on the objects (AddPackageOverride or similar is a mandatory item.) * A way to add new animations to FO4, and updating the behaviors files * A full sex framework, and nothing is available now. Maybe in about one year your dream can be satisfied.

AsariX Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 Maybe you can use some of the assets for some sex arena, but I don't think the DLC by itself is of any use for that. And purpose crafted mod-assets will be more useful anyway. So far, I see the next DLC as even more gimmickey than Automatron.

You place 2 plinths (like the image you see in WW where Preston is), one red, one blue. Then they try to fight each other. They can also fight the beasts in the cages. For Automatron, well I think it's mostly for people who would like sexbots, like Fisto from NV. Other than that I can't see anything else for Automatron.

It seemed from the videos that "captured" creatures just spawn in on-demand as hostile critters, wondering if it's the same for raiders. My dreams of having captured raiders in cages in a slaver camp, dashed. At first I thought it would be YOU hunting stuff like Red Dead Redemption and putting them in cages. But in reality you just craft the cage and there's a chance for something to spawn between your visits. I didn't make a full test, just used the files to see what we were going to get and how it looked. The new lights however are very nice, you've got plenty of choices. From various street lamps to camp fires and simple candles / table lamps. New concrete structure is nice, along with the new doors. But I'll keep Snap'n'Build. Also best to disable all settlement mods, my friend tested it too and he couldn't load his save. He had to make a clean reinstall because even with the files disabled it wouldn't load. So just in case, disable them for now.) No new bed or furniture except the lights and a few things here and there unfortunatly.

Theres already a mod in Skyrim that you can "sex fight" and kill or incapacitate Yes, but one of many problems is, that FO4 is 64bit while Skyrim is 32bit. Porting some key components from Skyrim to Falout 4 just won't work. Even if there's some great progress on the Animation Framework For Fallout 4 (AF4), it's still pretty far from usable. Even if the code from Skyrims' Sexlab may be 80% usable, it's still compiled in 32bit, hooking into 32bit functions and assets, which will require overhauls, reworks and a lot of testing. So, for at least another three months, possibly even a year, the only "sexfight" you'll be able to do is the regular combat ending in a "fade to black" to let the players' imagination fill in the sexy bits.

It will take years, peps. Don't get your hopes high. You can expect some low quality mod like AP for skyrim and Fallout 3 but more decent stuff like SL or 0s (4 years after the skyrim release ) will start to appear

Seems more likely they modified lots of them for Fallout 4. Bethesda outsources that work, right? Some parts of the engine were probably just re-compiled in 64bit, and remained identical. But other parts will have gotten improved, overhauled, or split up into seperate, more specialized components. Whether any of the original functions from the original Skyrim version of the engine are left behind for those reworked functions is yet to be seen. But they'd be deprecated, unsupported, possibly even less stable than they already were, not to mention, they might not be set to public (that's a matter of how lazy the programmers were when cleaning up). So, where available, modders will want to hook into new functionality as much as possible.

Heck, just adding some tweaks to the existing Assaultron model would be an amazing start! There's already a mod out there that thins out the waist and feminizes some proportions, I can hardly wait to see what kind of stuff could be done once we have the Creation Kit!! Maybe in about one year your dream can be satisfied. there is already a sex framework for skyirm. and like at letst 70% of fallout 4 works the same as skyrim, so as soon as geck comes out (hopefully this month) i give it 1-2 months before we get some good quality sex stuff.

Remember FNIS for Skyrim? It's totally incompatible with Fallout 4, because Fallout uses a different HAVOC engine for the physics. For Skyrim, we were lucky that a lot of info about the older HAVOC engine was around. For the newer 64bit engine that isn't the case, so even if he wanted to, Fore can't just release a Fallout4 version of FNIS. Quite some progress has been made on reverse engineering the formats used by the newer engine, but it isn't even dependent on the GECK when that project (AF4) will be "completed". But that is currently the biggest showstopper for sexmods. At best, release of the GECK will speed up that project a little bit. But, Sextec just won't be able to do everything it does in Skyrim until AF4 comes out. Sexmods will need both Sextec and AF4. Well, they could perhaps skip Sextec, but they'd be very limited and few of them would even be compatible with one another. And I must say, I hardly even investigated F4SE, which will be quite necessary as well.
