On the other, the answer was giving her a merry lobotomy and be done with it. Quickly! Hide all the dirt under the carpet! It was after all, a somewhat-sentient entity. I believe just like raising a kid, the key element is education. Say all you like, get butthurt all you like, but morality is there for a reason. Philosophical debate on it can take forever, but the fact is, it exists. Either a moral education, a moral code of conduit or a moral instinct, but this is the only thing that stands between a empathic sentient entity and a psychopathic one In some places, Facebook is the only source of news and information, and basic education. /s
