Exhaust/Near Death Issue

Hey everyone, 

 

So while playing I was in a fight where Dual combat was overlapping SkyRe combat. During this time, I was hit by an arrow and sent into bleedout thanks to DA. However Sexlab started while I was in bleedout. Now, I have an ongoing issue that my character always has the near death effect. This includes heavy breathing and rapid heart rate, same as you would get when about to die.

 

So now I still have this effect and I can not get rid of it. I've tried resurrect, I've tried showracemenu, I've tried to refresh the racials and disable DA. However this problem has now become global. Meaning even if I load to an earlier save it still DOES NOT fix the issue. 

 

Has anyone experienced this before?

Alright so I tried those ideas and it didnt work. The same issue exists. Blurry or "tunnel vision" is present, theres heart beating and all that.

 

So lets start with screenshots. (FYI ever since I did those commands, DA is acting a little strange.)

I do understand the lengthy mods and I also understand I have some errors on my papyrus. I just dont know what it means. But this issue Im asking about has never happened before.

Last bump that I can help, 

I forgot to mention! The only fix that I've seen is when Deviously enslaved triggers the slaving starts, then sex lab. The aggressor will begin sex lab and remove all clothing and what appears to be a debuff, that removes my "near death" issues. Here is a screenshot of the occasion and check out the command panel. How do I duplicate process? if someone can find the solution, I want to keep in mind of the complications of using panel commands too much for destabilization. if its a fix that wont hurt my game too much thats fine.

Forgot to mention that when the owner dies, the debuff/problem returns.

Have you tried resetting player state in DA MCM?

EDIT: I just noticed you have Dripping when wet, which has visual and audio effects when aroused which match what you listed. Check that in the MCM and try disabling those options.
