The 2nd link you posted comes with a CBBE BodySlide conversion.

You can use the project of this conversion to turn it into an UUNP one.

 

To do that, follow the "CBBE to UUNP BodySlide" tutorial linked in the mod page of BodySlide on the Nexus.

The FO4 mod page of BodySlide has tutorials as well.

I recommend you to get familiar with the BodySlide interface. Converting to a single body is short and easy, but converting to UUNP is tedious and long. To save time, I usually only conform the outfit to the shapes and popular bodies only. There is also a cheat method to convert stuff in one go, but I don't think anybody will like it lol.
