need help with breasts collision. in my video i have proof in the end that the boobs are actually bouncing.

Use sevenbase HDT if you want HDT to work. Download Bodyslide (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49015/?), and under outfit/body select Unified UNP HDT, select your preset body and try again. 

 

Try that for starters.

I'd suggest something else for starters: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59416/?

CBBE version includes a lot of bodies and textures, link to (U)UNP/7B version is in the description. You need to read carefully and follow the install guide, but you don't need bodyslide and you'll get a full HDT body with collision for hands, breasts, belly, butt and vagina. Use SoS collsion to make the vagina work with Schlongs.
