Guest Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Could someone port these two clothing models into Skyrim please? Or if someone could tell me it's possible with the given files? Sorry if I am in the wrong section, but I don't know where to put this other than the requests, but I thought that was for already existing mods. And sorry for the inconvenience of the files, but I am really unexperienced with all this Thank you for anyone who replies. https://mega.nz/#F!lEpGzLqT!FK8MrzvcLtfn6IRWOg7mGg http://tf3dm.com/3d-model/fang-92962.html https://mega.nz/#F!oMgGnAyQ!LbR4MVM5VyY_rs9ael4WWA http://tf3dm.com/3d-model/jill-valentine-24523.html
myuhinny Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Here's the problem those are not clothes those are player models those have both the outfit and model together with player models it is rarely where the outfit isn't attached to the model. The pose would have to be changed you might be able to cut out the but the player model out but it i hard to say what it'll look like. I know for a fact that is the case with the last one as I have that one already on my computer I was trying to get the outfit but the whole thing is joined putting it into outfit studio caused some mesh to go bad showing holes in the mesh.

Its actually not that hard, you just have to select skin and remove it poly by poly. The problem is when armor is the part of the skin texture, otherwise its fine. As long as the original skeleton is intact its not a problem to pose models to skyrim pose. It probly won't work with the outfit studio, imo you need 3ds or blender.

Kaz Aanh Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 So you think it's doable in 3ds? Everything is doable. I just deleted body skin, it wasn't welded to the outfit so easy. I can try the second if you want but probly I won't mess with the posing arms and fingers. And why .obj upload is not allowed? The heck? Modding community forum and the most famous file type is not allowed lol. Its just example , well I am not interested in converting them to Skyrim so sorry, maybe someone else will have fun with it. fang.7z

Thank you so much, it looks amazing! A few questions though, is it possible to make a few of the pieces separated when converting for Skyrim? And do I just upload the .obj file to 3ds max with a plugin and then I can convert it for either CBBE or UNP? Sorry I am really new to this.
