alphafr Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Only lowered the graphic due to performance issue and now all female body (torso/legs/feets) texture are pitch black, even after re-installing the texture and reseting texture quality back to were it was changed nothing
PervyPotter Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 That's usually caused by low vram, your video card simply runs out of the ram needed to display all the textures correctly. Try using a texture optimizer to compress the textures. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12801/?
Setekh Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Either low VRAM or the textures don't have mipmaps generated.

alphafr Posted March 4, 2016 Author Posted March 4, 2016 Well fixed it yesterday night, had to erase the body texture files in skyrim folder then re install via NMM the body texture mod
Kaos Wulf Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 You could very well get the issue again. Reinstalling the texture won't make it go away, because it's not a problem with the actual texture (unless there are no mip maps). If you're using an ENB, there is a function to dump your VRAM, which is usually the F4 key. Some ENBs have it already enabled, while others you'll have to enable it yourself in the enblocal.ini. This may or may not help you, but there are other means of getting rid of the black textures. For some, simply using the 'showracemenu' command works, but ideally you should purge the cell first. Make sure you're in an interior and use the command 'pcb' then 'showracemenu'. If it's an NPC with the black texture issue, then target them in console, disable, pcb, then enable again. These commands give your GPU a moment to "catch its breath" so to speak, and lets textures load properly upon refresh. I would also look into compressing or optimizing your textures as stated in the above posts.
