spoonsinger Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 If I was to choose, I'd go for the top one. (Might be screen specific though).
27X Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 It's not choosing; that's Predator vision working just fine with an absolutely framerate crushing ENB of my own design based on Cook-Torrance lighting. (The same lighting model Sikkpin used for DooM ]I[ that looks like this:)
spoonsinger Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 ENB takes minimal effort to install, just a couple of minutes. As far as improvement or alteration, there is quite a selection available. Some do very little, keeping in line with vanilla Skyrim appearance, others change the look of the game in very drastic ways. Some drop framerate significantly, others are hardly noticeable. Here's a couple of screenshots: No ENB: ENB: No ENB: ENB hello what enb your are use ? It's my own personal preset called Oshyynmaruu ENB. It is not released yet, possibly in the future it will be. i will use beta lol i need it !! is more color Does look really pumpy - bit like a WOW game with extra effort. (I like the fact the blue and red levels on the skins are quite good, and DOF is quite good for foreground screenies). 27X Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 Since he's a Ka Po' Tun pawnchcat, that would be accurate.
Fenrir_Duskshade Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 I was just going to make a thread when I noticed this one. I need help with finding the right enb. I want some nice vivid and bright enb that would work best on a Radeon R9 390 (no X, no overclock as yet). Everything I've tried so far does the following: a) Massive FPS drop in certain areas, no matter how low Skyrim graphic settings are) or Is dark, blurry and ugly. I use Climates of Tamriel.
Guest Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Imaginator and Dynavission are better than most ENB's and function fine with ENB Boost Nah, they're not, or not in my experience anyway. My priorities must be very different from yours because neither of those mods address the major problem with Skyrim's fucking awful shadow rendering, only ENB emphatically does. Show me a screenshot in a contrasty scene with some complex lighting that's handled better by Imaginator and Dynavision and I'll eat my words. In 3 years of using ENBs I'm still waiting for that to happen. Dynavision is a nice cut-price effect, but no, not in the same ballpark as ENB DoF that's been half-decently configured. If that's all a person can run then that's it and all about it. And if the OP is truly blind to the advantages of ENB, well I kind of envy them. I can never unsee it.

Later I addressed that I felt the most important thing about ENB was in fact addressing Skyrim's horrible shadows >< ______________________ Imaginator and Dynavision are a wonderful offering on the table. -Easy to install -Decent DOF with barely noticeable FPS loss even on low end system. -Color enrichment, which as it turns out is something that most people looking at ENB's the first time are going to think about 1st.
