Did my Skeleton stop working?

I find it odd if skeletons suddenly stopped working, but HDT always worked fine, until today.  Breast/butt/vagina physics don't work as intended and my feet stick into the ground when I jump. The same apply to NPC's but they also seem to have rocket tits and butts. I disabled any recent mods but to no avail. I am using Mod Manager. It really seemed to have happened overnight. I thought, maybe I fucked something up in MCM, but the problem exists in both old and new saves. Is it possible that Skyrim is somehow ignoring the skeleton or overriding it?

I know, and I wish I knew, but I wasn't really systematically taking steps to fix it.

I messed around with some mods but I haven't been able to re-create the issue.

 

Though I moved HDT All-in-one Animated Pussy to the bottom priority in Mod Organizer. It's a rather large package so that might have been it?  I didn't think I touched it when I broke it though.

Probably not your problem, but with my setup, the HDT.xtm can break on loading sometimes. Sometimes loading from qasmoke breaks it. Just a restart from a clean save fixes it for me.

Nah, that wasn't it. Tried a fresh new game but the same problem persisted.

That's a lot of mods you have there. Have you considered using Wyre Bash? It can fix a lot of compatibility issues.

Oh great, one issue out of the way, now Death Alternative brings me into a permanent bleedout state and I have issues drawing weapons (the latter sometimes fixed by activating an animation though) 

I don't really know how Wrye bash works though so I always just left it. Maybe that'd fix this new issue though haha. I'll google how to make a patch.

I made a bashed patch. Didn't fix anything but it cleaned up my load order and probably has a good effect on stability so it's never wasted.

I fished the other issue with a new game and everything's set for now.

i really wish an answer was mentioned in this post but oh well, i have an issue with getting some error message saying thtat its usually because of something overwriting xpms skeleton.....which cant be the case as its always and everytime the last mod i install because he said "dont let anything overwrite"  and this is some sort of animation bug....usually if i backtrack a save or 2 i can bypass the issue
