Model/texture landscape glitch

I've recently return to finish Fallout NV and updated some mods, then I'm getting this really weird glitch in-game, as you can see on the attached screens:

 

No problem here...

 

Just a small movement to the left and... what?

Yeah, I was thinking it was the ENB but it was just the Steam Overlay
