Just downloaded FO4 , Now where do i start ? Moddiing

what Mod manager to use , iv read Mod Organizer isnt ready yet  ( but almost ) ... nexus Mod Manager for now? .... and what mods to start with , must have nudity and skimpy sexy clothes , oh yea ... a pre thx for all that respond.

i prefer to use nmm/manual. havent used other mod managers yet for fo4

Simple don't use any mods till you've played for a bit then introduce them a few at a time so you learn what is vanilla and what isn't. Otherwise you will be reporting bugs and issues to the wrong parties.

Nothings worse than get bug reports for your mod because somebody installed 150 mods in one hit and many of them edit the same items.
