How do i play .HKX animation files?

Hi, i'm a noob at animation mods, can someone teach me how to play .HKX files in skyrim? When it comes to 2 people animation, how do i play it with me/npc and another npc?

Not sure what you mean: do you want to trigger animations ingame or do you want to make a mod which does so?

No clue about the second part, but for the first one: YOu need a mod which is able to do that. Sexlab itself can't. The most simple solution is matchmaker, you cast at yourself+NPC or NPC+NPC and have sex. For some more immersive options, search the download section... from romance with your spouse to be raped by creatures, there are a lot of possibilities.
