[Dragonborn] Male Dunmer miner & Morag Tong assassins using female animations?

I've just arrived at the Kolbjorn Barrow mining camp and there's this Dunmer guy (miner) who walks and idles using female animations. Has anyone seen something that before? Is this a known bug/glitch with the game or is something wrong with my game? I am using a slightly older version of the Unofficial DB Patch.

Update: LOL. This DLC turns out to be even shittier than I anticipated. These male miners are flagged to use opposite gender animations:

My version of the unofficial patch (2.0.8) doesn't seem to fix it.

That is actually a bug in the vanilla game, where for some reason, Bethesda used female animations for some of the male dunmer miners in Raven Rock/Solstheim, and they chose to have a few types of female characters vanilla Skyrim use male animations( a nightmare for me trying to play a female orc character).

 

There are a few mods to fix the problem, such as:

 

Feminine Females

 

Correct Gender Animations - Legendary(i.e for Skyrim and all DLC, works with USLEEP)

 

Correct Gender Animations - Outdated version, but supports the individual patches. I have not used this one though. 

 

My only problem with these is that they don't seem to work with EFF. I've used the Feminine Females mod fine with UFO and in trying out AFT.

It's easy to fix, but honestly, I don't care. There's probably not a single thing in this game that is bug-free. After Dragonborn, I'm going to delete this piece of shit for good and will probably never play any other Bethesda game again.

LOL. Same issue with Morag Tong assassins. Just taken care of a trio. Judging by the sexy walk, I thought one of them was a gal... Turned out to be all guys.

Some reavers have opposite gender animations too. I saw a reaver archer, clearly a guy, who uses female animations. They have some modded equipment, but everything else is left untouched.

As far as I know you can't accidentally give female animations to male NPCs while creating them in the CK, so I'm not sure what were they thinking.

Dragonborn reavers with empty space under the "Name" tab in the CK have opposite gender anims, named ones are using their default male animations.

Perhaps they created a female NPC template first, which uses opposite gender animations and then they based all these male NPCs on that template and forgot to change the flag. Idiots... I can't think of any other reason to be honest.
