Talk to the steward. You can see if the quest has started with:

player.sqs CVTalos6

If you have a 1 at stage 0, it has started.

No way to go back there, sorry. I was thinking of doing something, but I ran out of steam with the storyline, and so left it. You could coc back to the cell, but nothing will happen (unless you force it with some mod).

Haha... never tried it so I have no idea what that is.   Actually, I just started on a replacement for ETAC Whiterun Exterior. Whether I finish it and release it is yet to be seen.... I really just started like 3hrs ago.

Had to start a new game. Of corse I had to do this quest again Now I ran into a problem creating Thalos Blood. I visited all the men, got all the ingredients, but it says I miss the fire salts.. checked the inventory and there are 3. Didn't use any, sold any or gave away any of them. Any idea how to get the missing fire salt? Don't remember who gave it to me so I don't know whom I would have to visit again or if it would even work. Checked the quest journal and it told me I visited all the NPC's and got all the items needed.

Really think you did a great job with this mod!

Hum, odd. I don't remember who has what frankly, so advance the quest manually via console. Quest is CVTalos2. Find out what stage you're at with:

player.sqs cvtalos2

then advance to the next incomplete stage with

setstage cvtalos2 [x]

where [x] is the first stage with a zero in the previous command.

However, I can't seem to be able to begin the second quest, I finished the intro one and possess the house, but after waiting 24h about 4 times no other quest showed up as it was said :0 Do you have an idea how to make the next quest start please ?

You should have someone come looking for you in the village. He'll wait in front of the inn (more or less).

The Hearthfire dirt plots don't work for me. I get the "activate fertile soil" on mouse over, but upon activating they don't work.

I think I did something wrong with them, yeah. I might fix it at some point, but not in the near future.

Ffabris, yet another of your always-excellent mods!   I've just completed the quests  -  I was one of the people who needed to jump-start quests 2 and 6 for some obscure reason, but other than that everything went flawlessly and it was a hot, fun ride.  Thanks for all the work you do on making Skyrim more gay!

Ok. Wow! I put in the new version on my well-established play-through, following your instructions for upgrading. (BTW, it might help to mention where the new version should be installed in that sequence. )

 

I had CTDs with every stage and it took several reloads to get through it til I got the house. As I said this was an established game (already completed main quest lines for Skyrim, Dawnguard and Dragonborn) so there was a lot going on in my saves. As I recall from the previous version, there are more chapters after getting the key to the house. I haven't progressed to them yet.

 

But every guy in the village was tagged as Heterosexual in SexLab and I guessed that might be causing some of the CTD issues since I only use Tweens' animations, which are all MM, and not tuned for heterosexual toons in SexLab and SLEN. I have the latest versions of SexLab, M2M Animations, SLEN & SLAR. All have been running fine. I finally went through the town and set everyone I saw as Gay in SL, then went into the Big Cock and set them all as Gay as well before running the dialogue and that final foursome -- finally got through that one. I didn't have trouble with making the offering at the Shrine of Talos. All SL scenes prior were fraught with CTDs, including in Falkreath, where I have Confidant status with Solaf and Bolund since I had run the previous version of this mod. My toon has had sex with both of them on many prior occasions and SLEN was showing them both as Confidant status. So I wonder how well this mod adds into an already established game.

 

I also had severe FPS drop in the Big Cock a couple times (dropped to 7-8 fps). After a reload, all was fine. That happened when entering the house for the first time.

 

So I made it through the foursome, and have the key and access to the house. I then went back to the Inn to reset sexual preference on the guys there. There were more guys in there and all that I checked there were tagged heterosexual as well. The two patrons at the bar were naked as well as the twins but the two other patrons standing in the inn were dressed. Am I mistaken that all were to be stripped on entry or did you change that? My toon was not stripped, not even downstairs in the baths.

 

The baths look really nice. I like what you did there.

 

And when I went back upstairs to the Inn, I found Mylor at the bar. Really?!?!   Now just make him a follower and marriageable.   Or do you just plan for that to be done with your Manipulator mod?    I know I can do it with AFT too.   

 

Well, I have the current save in the Inn and the guys were headed downstairs. So I guess I'll need to reload and see what happens next. (And how friendly I can get Mylor to be...) 

 

As I recall it it takes awhile for the next stage of the quest line to happen or did you change that? But I  believe I have the kinks worked out of it and it was frustrating getting this far with the CTDs. But I did add this into quite a complex play-through, after taking out the previous version, cleaning and adding in this new version. As much as I have in this game, I know it can be temperamental to get it all worked through and working together. I hope that there are no more chinks. But I wanted to let you know about that het tag in SL on all the NPCs here. Can sexual preference be modded in on the NPCs? I don't recall them being heterosexual in Blackthorn Gay Community. Just FYI.

The mod doesn't care whether the NPCs in the town are gay or not; sex will happen regardless. So I didn't bother setting sexuality. As for how that might affect other mods, well yeah, then you can change their sexuality with Manipulator, if you want.

 

Crashes are your end, I'm afraid. Too many large textures, perhaps? Too many scripts? Both?

 

I can't remember what I decided with stripping, frankly... it has been quite some time since I looked at the mod.
