i always hate if a bandit says: Skyrim belongs to the Nords!, and attacks me.

because i'm with the nords. so i always think: why are you attacking me then? i'm with you.

can anyone make a mod for this?

but if you want bandit don't attack you   you need bandit ally factions with console

skyrim unbound allows you to be allied with bandits or forsworn. but guards imperials and stormcloacks will attack you on side.

If you add yourself into the bandit faction, almost all bandits will become friendly. Adding yourself into the Forsworn faction will turn the Forsworn, hagravens and some hags/witches friendly. Funny thing is, if you do either of these, your character will say the same things they say when you attack. Such as, "Forsworn forever!" I played as a Forsworn in my previous playthrough so hearing that was nice.

 

Skyrim is a retarded game in many ways and faction interactions is just one of them. Trying to redo it from scratch will potentially break the entire game. I personally wouldn't waste my time trying to fix those things.

 

You may also try to remove "Skyrim belongs to the Nords!" thing from the list of things they may say, though. You'd need a create a plugin for that obviously.

 

Edit: I've tried to locate where that line is in Skyrim.esm but couldn't find it. All the other generic combat taunts (like "Gonna split your belly like an old woman's purse!", "Come, come and face the Forsworn!" etc.) are in 000B876A DCETAttack, 00085495 DCETTaunt and in other DCET stuff but I don't see a "Skyrim belongs to the Nords!" in them. I thought I might be able to stick a condition to prevent that from being used if the combat target is a Nord. Let me know if you can find it.

A NPC will say this combat taunt if:

-The speaker must not be in the Imperial Legion

-The speaker is not the player

-The speaker is a Nord

-The enemy he/she is engaging is a NPC (not a creature, daedra, etc)

-The enemy is not a Nord

 

So, if the speaker is a Nord and you are not, this combat taunt can be used. Also, you could still hear this line if the speaker is fighting a follower who is not a Nord.

 

If you're using USLEEP, the conditions checking races also apply to Nord Vampires.

 

Note: USLEEP actually has conditions set incorrectly. The condition preventing the taunt from being used on Solstheim has been placed after all the voice type checks when it should be placed BEFORE them. This explains why NPCs, who do not have the audio(fuz) file to support this line, are using it. Basically, as long as you're in Skyrim, every single Nord in the game can say this line, voiced or unvoiced.

Oh, wait, the OP says "I'm with the Nords" not "I'm a Nord". Yes, you are supposed to hear that if you are not a Nord and your attacker is.

 

What is the form ID for this taunt by the way?
