Random CTD when entering inventory.

Well ive been getting these CTD's when opening my inventory since a while and i wanst able to fix it so i taught i was gonna go ahead and ask here.

 

They happen about 1/10 times i open my inventory.

And apart from those CTD's my skyrim never crashes so it would be nice to see them gone.

How much crap do you have in your inventory and how much of that stuff is high poly? Whenever I had CTD's going into to or spending too long in it was being caused by too much crap in the inventory and too many high poly things like daz conversions. Are any of meshes in there modified by you? I have had a few times where modifying something caused weird problems in the inventory. Mouse over item name caused a CTD and other things.

I have only vanilla items in my inventory apart the Wolf bikini armor and some wintermist enchantement on my weapons.

 

It might be wintermist but if it is, is there a good alternative to it because vanilla enchants are pretty boring.

No i have a clean inventory. I keep a Shit Chest at home to put all the stuff i have to sell xd 

And i havent modified anything.

First, check if it is it.

Just disable the mod (I hope you are using a mod manager), and try.

If you don't have a CDT, then maybe you can search for a fixed version.

Do you think i had to get rid of the wyntermist enchanted items that were in my inventory before uninstalling it because now it ctd's every time.

Ill add it again and remove them, it takes a while i have to patch the DSR esp everytime.

If you can at least start the game, then just remove these items from the console, so you don't need to open the inventory.

But if you had a lot of junk in your inventory, then probably it is better just use a save cleaner to get rid of the items that are no more valid.

I just reinstalled the mod and put all my weapons/armor in a barrel (that now makes my game ctd now when i tried to open it) and it seems to have fixed the problem, guess i'm off to find an alternative or a clean version of wyintermist.

It is probably too late now, but I had a similar problem, with an NPC inventory (a shop). I noticed that if I don't mouseover the content of the inventory, then the game won't crash. So I could change tabs (weapon, armor, pots, etc) and figure out which type of item crashes my game. That way you may be able to get back some of your gear from hat barrel.
