As the name says, it would be interesting to have a mod to give Dogmeat his junk back. possibly different downloads, one sheathed and another unsheathed and such. plus is this possible or do we need to wait for the creation kit?

As a mesh replacement, it shouldn't require the GECK.

well, if someone could negotiate with modders which made dog genitalia and then add the mesh to dogmeat, it should be doable (or you could start from scratch too...)
