omicron100 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Hey I was wondering, now that my game is completely modded out for booty.. How do I put my current sexy skyrim somewhere, while having a copy I can still play with friends. I'd like to mod another skyrim for just pretty factor so I can play it out in the open. Then have my smutty version for later
gregathit Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Unfortunately, you'll need to uninstall everything you have installed and then start over with MO: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/20492-mod-organizer/ You can have multiple mod profiles with just the one game (which is pretty much the only legal way to do it).
Abyssal Scholar Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 What he said. The multiple profiles are how I am troubleshooting to find the mods that are being unreasonable. 1 click and I just have vanilla, another, just textures. Another is basic sexlab functions and the last, well I wouldn't want friends to see Edited for incompetence
AlleyCa7 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Or if you don't want to do that for some reason(dont feel like running fnis or even opening a modmanager maybe idk) All you have to do is make a new folder somewhere away from where your currently installed one is and copy/paste the contents of your game folder into the new folder. You can call it whatever you want as long as its not in the same subfolder as the new one you build or else I would name the folder something else. Then you could go back into your mod manager and just disable the ones you dont want to use for public display. I would also rename the SKSElauncher.exe in your hidden to something else so you or maybe NMM doesnt mix them up.This is assuming you do manual installations or ones done by NMM because from what I know MO doesnt actually put files into you game folders(I dont use MO). Alternately the latest version of NMM has the profile feature from MO.
