That's not a animation problem that is a skeleton issue. You are using a improper skeleton that is not compatible with her body. Make sure you are using a compatible skeleton that is compatible with the body you are using. Also make sure with SOS that nothing overwrote it as it comes with it's own skeleton.

More like she might come with her own skeleton that isn't XMPSE.  You'd probably need to manually copy the XMPSE skeleton to wherever Vilja's meshes live.

It is because of the TBBP (Tender Brest and Butt Physics) or HTD Breast and Butt Physics and the skeleton you are using with it also Realistic Ragdolls and Force changes Skeleton for the same effect Breasts stretched like they were half full balloons, so do other mods if you let them.  What you need to do is install all mods then at the last install:
