armor disappear

can someone tell me why the forsworn armor is not appearing..i tried console command either and it it say 

forsworn armor added ..but when i open my inventory nothing is there...??

Do you have a mod that changes the armor from playable to non playable? What is your load order so people can see what you have installed post it in a spoiler? If a mod alters it to where only the forsworn can use it then console adding will not work same as if you try to add some followers armors to your inventory it will show that it was added but they don't actually get added because they are set to only be used by the follower.

i deactivated all mods and tried to use the forsworn armor ...but still no visible armor in inventory..as for the load order
