skyrim bounty doesn't get over 1000

hello..what ever i do ..skyrim bounty doesn't get over 1000 then it resets to 40 then 1000 again ..??

Do you have any mods that change the bounty system? Maybe you're killing witnesses and that's why you can't get a higher bounty. Just for testing go to any major city, enable god mode (TGM in the console) and kill a bunch of people. If there are guards all over the place and your bounty is still below 1000 then some mod is messing things up.

i know ..i did so .. i remember that once before i reached a 8000 bounty ..but i 'm pretty sure there is a mod that have done this ..here is my load order ..i have a high end pc..!!

I don't think this will fix your issue, but your DLC files should probably be higher in your load order. Does this happen only on your current save or all saves including new ones?
