[Suggestions] A mod to replace SkyRe? (I have Perkus Maximus)

So I've got Perkus Maximus installed, and I've previously had SkyRe installed. T3nd0 writes that Perkus is a better version of SkyRe, but as far as I can tell it only changes the spells in the game and not levels, enemies, encounters, et cetera.

I happen to want a mod that changes leveling, encounters and enemies. So what should I use instead of SkyRe, now that I have Perkus Maximus installed.

Do you guys have any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance. ♥

Well you could always try Requiem (Havent used it myself).
I experienced serious trauma with perma and all that needs going trough java and running an external program, specially with Dual sheath redux (Cant even count how many times it screwed my games).
What you're asking for is a good mod that handle all those things, i think there isnt one except for SkyRe

You could always install ordinator (Perk overhaul very good btw) Organized Bandits in Skyrim (OBIS)(More bandits, more encounters) Immersive Wenches and its expansion deadly wenches and hateful wenches (Recommended for extra encounters, no more easy bleak-fall barrow quest) Complete Alchemy and Cooking overhaul (potion and cooking system redesigned, master piece of work) you should try too Bring out your silver (for silver weapons and silver penalties on undeads, REALLY USEFUL if using deadly wenches) and of course A.S.I.S. (I know it needs a java patch just like perma or DSR but its extremely easy to use, no long time of patching. Its like you're not the only inteligent person in skyrim bandits, monsters, rogue wizard, etc. WILL HAVE potions and higher spells [YES they will use spells from mods like elemental destruction magic and apocalypse])

Oh and of course Skyrim Immersive Creatures! Good mod for encounters.

You can find all of that in the nexus, Im sorry for not providing links, and excuse my shitty english, it is not my native language.

Hope that helps, cheers.

Thank you for the suggestions. I was looking for one mod that changes everything so I don't end up with 8379281674 extra plugins. But I'll probably add some of these to my game. Again, thank you.

What I would do and somewhere in PerMa, it is discussed, is basically load both Perkus and SkyRe but just certain modules of SkyRe (those that PerMA doesn't cover).  Or as suggested above, Requiem seeems similar in scope to SkyRe/Perkus and seems popular enough for many mods to have compatibility patches already for it. But I also have yet to give it a try but maybe worth a test on a new playthrough

Requiem is nothing like SkyRe.

The Skyre modules that control levlists, and inhabitants work just fine with PerMa, I would suggest reading the entire perma faq before patching anything.

You can try Requiem. It changes a lot of things and, in my opinion, is more fun to play. It's a little more challenging that SkyRe but it's not that "hardcore". I'd say Requiem + SkyTweak. Or SPERG (any mod that changes only skill trees) + SkyTweak + OBIS + Complete Alchemy Overhaul + Immersive Creatures + Cannabis Skyrim because why not.

Installing 3247843827462 plugins can be time consuming and more likely to cause crashes, but you can overhaul Skyrim to your liking without any unwanted bullshit.

I used to use Requim and liked it alot for its more realistic combat.

Now please note that my next comments refer to Requim quite a while ago so it may have changed.

As it is a total overhaul it needed patches for virtually every other mod you used, which was a pain, although I imagine they have been condensed into single patch mods by now.

Last time I updated, it needed java to install and I could not get it to work and a lot of people had problems. May well of changed. To me a very good overhaul but not worth the grief (At that time at least).

SPERG is good if you want something close to vanilla experience especially with Character Class Overhaul.

As of right now I am more tempted to try out SkyRe and Requiem combined. I loved SkyRe. Requiem seems like a good alternative, but as far as I have read about Requiem, I'd enjoy the changes SkyRe and PerkusMaximus makes. These are all great alternatives, though, and I thank you all for your input. Modding Skyrim is a never-ending journey that I started back in 2011, and I'm still discovering new things every day. This is an amazing community. Skyrim would have been dead long ago if it wasn't for these mods, and Bethesda knows this.
