Apparently the recent version of TNG bugs out and won't show the player's dong so I went and downgraded to TNG version 4.0.4 and it works for me. The mask is from one of Caenarvon's clothes packs, but the dildo itself is literally just an NPC with purple skin, i just shrunk everything but their penis down using Screen archer menu so it would look like a dildo.
