also for those who wants to import gifs, you can still do it, you just have to first use
Ez gifs ( once you convert your video into a gif save it)
Then you can use something like free image host to upload gifs there and copy the image url link

It's Cabbage ENB. The ENB preset doesn't matter all that much, but ENB in itself is a super powerful tool.

i assume you mean the arms, because everything else is just standard racemenu-ing and armor mods.

 

I used the mod "LazyFollowers" to create a follower npc with the same preset as my character, then i used screen archer menu to shrink everything except the arms down as much as possible, moved the npc into my character, and posed their arms like you see in the picture. This unfortunately means it only works for screenshot purposes.

 

This method works for practically any non-standard human characters you want to make too, centaurs for example, just shrink the horses head, your characters legs, and then pose their torso onto the horse. Optionally either get another npc to serve as the schlong, or move your characters schlong down (latter method might cause problems though).
