Install BodySlide. Read a tutorial on it. Build the TRX add-ons in BodySlide. Select them in the SOS MCM.

It's specifically made to be used with the TRX Futanari Horse Addon cock and the 3BA body, so I can't promise it works with any other. You'll need both the original armour mod, as these are just Bodyslide files, and TRX's mod. Unless you like ominously floating jewellery above your character's groin. The "half-human" version is compatible with any TRX textures (obviously, TBD versions preferred), as long as they are copied into this mod's folders. Bone scaling comparison, comparing the above full-SOS bestial version above (all of the genital 1-6 bones at 1.2 scale) with two of the equipable static bestial versions. Spoiler The full-SOS version will have sliders to match the static version shapes, but those will obviously work best when not using SMP on the dick. 3
