tehmasta Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Hello, today i downloaded some crap mod and had to reinstall whole game because i couldn't fix it.Now the problem is, i have installed SKSE and SkyUI But whenever i go ingame i don't see MCM in escape menu. What should i do?Any clues would be awesome, thanks in advance.

You can try a new game without mods and see if it will crush I have somehow fixed the crash, no i haven't deleted my saves since i'm pretty deep ingame. Either way the MCM problem is remaining, here's the screen.

NickNozownik Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 So MCM menus don't appear in existing save game but they used to appear before? Download SKSE and SkyUI again, then install them. Run Skyrim through SKSE, not the default launcher. Try cleaning your save with Savegame Script Scalpel and see if it works. If not then try to load older save when MCM worked correctly. Did you go through some really long modded dungeons, like those from mod Forgotten Dungeons? It's a weird glitch and I'm not sure how to fix it without loading older saves, but sometimes after spending a long time in one of those dungeons MCM menus will stop appearing and scripts will get screwed up. If this didn't help then post your load order here.

I also uninstalled and deleted every single mod i had because i could not fix the game crash on loading screen. No i dont launch game with TESV, i allways launch it with SKSE. Yes it was working before i started getting crashed because i downloaded some mods but dont remember exactly wich, anyway i removed everything from skyrim. So now i only have skse&skyui, cleaned save file just now , didn't help. Loaded game from when all my mods were working, still MCM doesn't appera in escape menu, aswell as inventory HUD is vanilla still.

Veladarius Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Make sure the SkyUI esp is active, the esp itself is not a requirement for other mods so it could be inactive and not crash your game.

Damn, there's so many things in my log that it would take a whole year for me to find out whats the problem Oo And about load order i have no idea how to find it. @Veladarius Hello, how should i activate it? Try searching the Skyrim\Data\Scripts folder for scripts starting with Sky_ and make sure they are there, the ones it says are missing are at the beginning of the log. If they are not there try reinstalling it again (just SkyUI, nothing else).

Try this: Unistall completely NMM, using CCleaner or WIN/Control panel or whatever program you are using. Go to my Thread and read carefully instructions how to install NMM 0.60.+ in Various tips about installation and post installation of NMM, topic 4. NMM will save all you present mods in categories. Just follow the instructions and all will go fine. - After that, uninstall SKSE 1.7.3 and SKYUI 5.1 When done, install SKSE first and then SKYUI. It should work.
