PC standing butt clipping ,fix?

So am facing the following problem and i need help

 

my PC is standing but its butt is MOVING , its as if someone slapped one of the butt cheeks and now they are shaking left and right.

 

or as if someone is inflating and deflating them , first right gets bigger (clips armor) then the left gets bigger and rights smaller (clips armors again)

 

is there anyway to stop the butt from moving while PC is standing ?

 

note:i have recently made a new install for my mods using mod organizer ,i have (XP32 ,CBBE+bodyslide,HDT,and many others)
