esmm40 Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Alright I got a chance to play with the last uploaded file today. The hair, eyes, brows, and other facial features seam to work just fine. Even my extended eye and hair selection were available. I'm not sure if there are other fur patterns to choose from and if so how to access them. I still seem to have the textures with the pubic hair which I think was mentioned is part of the hold version. The biggest problem I found was with the BBP. From the front it works, but a little too well. The bounce so much they appear king of saggy, that was on about half weight setting. As for the from the side though, It looks like you are flat chested while moving with dots moving up and down your chest. Kinda hard to explain but definitely not the desired effect. I could have something wrong with my BBP settings so if I am the only one with this issue let me know. About the head mesh, I used blender to flatten out the ears without removing or adding any vertices. So the mesh is the same number of vertices + the number of vertices for the ears. Not sure if maybe there is anything in the mesh details that was lost during the transition into Blender and back that would cause it not to work with the appearance changer in the game. I am afraid I am not that savy ;-p Cant wait to try out the CBBE, oh and for some reason the texture I am using for my kitten I posted earlier doesnt have nipples. I'm pretty sure that is the newest texture but its on the Kajeeva mod not this one.

I manually installed the mod so i don't get why I am having this trouble http://i.imgur.com/DemLc.jpg Children Overhaul - Xvision Children will cause that. also the jiitek v-06 as it uses Xvision Children mod If you are using Xvision Children you need the FIX FOR NORMAL RACES CONFLICTING WITH OTHER RACE MODS other than that not sure

I really think maybe the nipples are a little much on the current texture. On this one you can see the bumps so its like they are there just covered up with fur. I dunno what do you guys think. Also while taking this I noticed that the nipples int he texture don't quite line up with the mesh, I think I like where the texture has them and editing the mesh to match would be a pain.

I haven't been having these issues so my guess is that it is related to mods that work in conjunction. I know similar things can happen if you don't have BBP installed. Might be an avenue worth testing. Make sure you have the right skeleton files and all installed.

esmm40 Posted June 1, 2012 Posted June 1, 2012 I haven't been able to duplicate it alt tabbing either. Question do you have any mods on like moonpath to elswhere, Aezeals floating fortress, or the like? I have had issues in the past with mods like that causing CTDs. Also It could be as simple as a load order issue. Try using Boss to put your mods in order if you haven't already and see if that fixes. I think someone already told you about the race companion mod to make alternate races mods play nice. Thats about all I can think of right now, but Ill let you know if I come up with anything else to try.

Ran boss, I was using that race mod fix link and the issue still persist. Every other race I can alt tab out of with no problem. I even removed all added races except this one. Only this one causes my problem.

It is indeed very nice. I have one that i put together that's a mashup of that with Kisa's texture. Maybe Kraken should look at that as a potential CBBE base. BTW, i am working on this. I've got CBBE and "kitten" versions in and am working on bugs/improvements. I also need some texture revisions from the Kraken. I've also been ridiculously busy at work but have managed to squish in some modding time here and there. Anyway, expect a new file very soon.

There's nothing in there that should cause this issue. I occasionally get alt-tab crashes or when i try to load a save from in-game. But that was the case long before i started working with this file. I think having heavy mods will do that from time to time.
