anyone know if this is available for cbbe? if not would it screw up my game using an armor for a different body type if i use cbbe?

It won't screw up your game it will just make your players body look like shit when wearing it. If you wear CBBE armor/outfits and your players body is UNP you will get nasty looking breast nipples in the incorrect spot and nasty hip marks because the 2 bodies use different UV maps. The only time you can wear different armor/outfits from different body types is if those 2 areas are hidden/covered up under the armor/outfit. I have used UNP bodies before and worn CBBE armor/outfits I just couldn't wear anything that didn't have those 2 areas covered up.

 

You could also use Gerra6's clothing converter and try to convert it to CBBE. It's found in the modders resource thread on LL.

Nah you're good try it if it doesn't look pleasant just uninstall or keep it, it won't do your game harm.

Some of the mods on modmaximus are in .exe form I have ran across a few and have thrown away any that came that way since there is no reason for them to be in .exe form.

well, the mod from that russian site i can't get to work. it comes in two forms. bbp and tbbp open the zip and there is one folder labelled Snake Armor  CBBE BBP  CBBE ТBBP.

 

 

open it up and there are two more folders. one for bbp the other for tbbp.

 

this isn't my first manual install of a mod. i know how its done. it doesn't show up in the console under snake or ArylinShrine as is the name of one of the sub folders.

 

any other suggestions as to how i can get the same look and results of this video of the hdt skirt?

That is because the armor pieces are in Russian you need to load the .esp up into the CK (creation kit) and find the armor pieces and change the names to English or whatever langue you use then save the change and you will be able to get them then. Anytime you download something from certain sites you will have to do this.
