Verhoven69 Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Okay. Tried Youtube and I got Hillary...........no really.......... and the links at reddit and the rest is quite confusing. I already have: 1. ink reshuffle ver 3 2. texture mod 3. Noesis 4. Archvirus Using TimmyCs mod as an example: http://www.loverslab.com/index.php?app=core&module=attach§ion=attach&attach_id=211187 The kitty outfit. What should I do then? 1. I click ink reshuffle This shows up. So what do I do next? Note: I own an official version. I heard from others that ink reshuffle mods will only launch using the 3DM launcher but I play my game using the steam launcher and the mods function just fine. My PC: XP Professional SP3 AMD A4-5300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics, 3.2GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 7700 series 1. Make sure your PC has the needed support programs 2. Download Lnk reshuffle ver 3. 3. Unpack and assign a folder for it 4. Inside folder you will find 3 folders with v1.02, v1.02A and v1.03 beta and python34 5. You can either run python34 to determine the version or just look at you DOA5 scree which indicates what version you have. 6. copy/drag dinput8.dll and put it inside your DOA5 steam folder. 7. Since I own several steam games, it should be in the steamapps folder > common > DOA5LR folder 8. I am assuming you already have the 3DM crack components etc 9. Click start [MS DOS batch file] icon 10. Pop up appears 11. In the upper slot a window with GAME.exe with a "select" button 12. Press "select" and go to your steam folder and click on the DOA5LR start up icon 13. It may become tedious to always go by this route when you are inserting mods, tatooed illusions iirc has a way to use notepad or something but being a noob, I do it the hard way (#12 step) 14.Once that is done, the slots in the filter window will pop up 15. Scroll down and choose the girl you want to mod. 16. Follardo, timmyc , Cyric and mojo iirc have several modded TMC and TMCL files 17. If a mod strikes your fancy, take note of the designated number (reshuffle can't mod the DLCs unless you actually modified them.....I suck at mods so I depend on whatever's available) 18. Back to the girl you want to mod, click the designated number of the TMC default costume 19.Then click on the "swap" button on the lower right side of window. 20. A popup will allow you next to search for the "modded" TMC files 21. Once you find it, click on the SAME numerical designation. You will know it swaps when the font color has changed 22. Repeat the same steps for TMCL file. Swap default with the modded version.Same thing will happen, font color will change when successful 23. When finished press quit 24. Boot up game. Remember to quit Lnk reshuffle. 25. After that check the character select. The mod should take effect. 26. If your game crashes, don't panic. Try rebooting again. My version took a few boots before it took effect 27. What if you made a mistake, what then? Go to the DOA5LR folder and look for the "mod" CONFIG file 28. Open it with notepad and erase the TMC/TMCL lines of the mod you tried to install 29. Also, in another folder with "mods", also erase the TMC/TMCL files 30. Enjoy and start fapping! NOT APPLICABLE TO 1.04
tattooedillusions Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 First off what you want to do so you don't need to continuously search for your game folder is to right click on the start.bat file and select either edit or edit with notepad++. Once that opens up, on the last line you need to enter where your game.exe is located. So for example mine looks like this(on startup: "-exe=F:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dead or Alive 5 Last Round\game.exe")without parentheses of course but with quotations where I have them.Make sure that the "on startup: "-exe=" is in front of it too. Once that's done go to file then click save.Next thing you want to do is run Python as Administrator so go to the folder python34 and set the python.exe as administrator. After that find out what version of the game you are running. Mine is the most recent so if that's the case for you go to the folder v1.02A and copy the .dll file then paste it to your game folder where the game.exe is located. Now start up lnk_reshuffle and your game file should already come up in the Game.exe section. Go to the middle option pane and click Ayane then on the option pane to the right of that click COS011. Now in the main window click on one of those files, swap button then locate the file in the AYANE_COS_011_MODIFIED_V2 folder that coresponds. Since there isn't a -P file that shows up in lnk_reshuffle though I do not know how to import that in yet. I'm still very new to D0A5 modding but I hope what I have been able to do will help you out a little bit.CheersTI
tattooedillusions Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 haha it's just the set up part that's the most work but it isn't as bad as it sounds. Basically just a couple of quick and easy edits to things.

Verhoven69 Posted September 4, 2015 Author Posted September 4, 2015 Finally found the nerve to try the tool but this just developed. I have ink ver 3 but it lacks this (see circled part) There is no "write changes". What gives? Any help please?
Verhoven69 Posted September 4, 2015 Author Posted September 4, 2015 Yup tried the instruction from LB. A folder does appear stating that the mods are applied but in story mode, no change. I did try swapping just the original costumes. Zilch! Edit: ISSUE RESOLVED.
miki wilya Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 I still use the ink reshuffle error doa5lr ver 3. I installed in d how to overcome them?
Verhoven69 Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 I still use the ink reshuffle error doa5lr ver 3. I installed in d how to overcome them? Are you sure you know what version your game is? If it is 1.03 beta, get the dinput8.dll from the folder included designated 1.03beta and install it. See the steps I posted. Also, Lnk reshuffleVer3 needs a fresh game install. If you keep on getting errors, there might be something in your PC program architecture that might be causing it.

Guest GuachaLover23 Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 what about when i swap the costume and the reshuffle shut down
LordJerle Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 I've done the steps up to selecting the game exe, but once I select the game exe, it force closes the program.
Ayreos Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 i 've allready done swapping original costume with my mod , but in the game nothing change. so what i do wrong ?
Verhoven69 Posted September 7, 2015 Author Posted September 7, 2015 @ Guacha Did you change something in your PC architecture? Added a program or something that disabled Lnk reshuffle? that might be the cause. Try restore your PC back to a certain date. @Lord Jerie Did this happen the first time you load the game? Or did it function normally like Guacha then shut down? If the former, your PC might need some program updates like .net etc. Sometimes some TMC and TMCL close Lnk Reshuffle automatically when I clicked on them @ Ayreos Try just one mod first. Mine took 5 crashes before it ran properly. Btw, not all mods run. Weird no?

MizutaniEri Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 My lnk_reshuffle keeps crashing, I can't even swap the costumes. When I'm searching for the modded .tmc files, the moment I click the file the reshuffle crashes, and it happens with any mod I try to swap. Anyone had this issue? EDIT: Sorry mates, it was just administrator access problems. Now it's working just fine.

fluff33 Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 Hey guys, I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Trying to get lnk reshuffle to work for the 1st time. Followed the tutorial, it seemed straightforward enough. I'm running 1.02A so I copied that dll file into the root of my game directory. I am running the 3DM version. When I try select the path to my game.exe lnk reshuffle crashed with this error: start.batLOADING....found exe: 1.02A ..read 20726 asset entries from game.exeTraceback (most recent call last): File "C:\lnk_reshuffle-v3\lnk_reshuffle\python34\lib\tkinter\__init__.py", line 1487, in __call__return self.func(*args) File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 615, in btn_sel_exe self.load_data(path) File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 856, in load_data self.data=DOAData(path) File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 557, in __init__ load_bin_data(self.game_path, self.asset_map) File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 431, in load_bin_data parse_bin(game_path, entry, asset_map) File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 399, in parse_bin raise Error("*err* invalid .bin file:%s"%path)NameError: name 'path' is not definedDuring handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:Traceback (most recent call last): File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 892, in <module> run() File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 889, in run gui.run(opts['exe']) File ".\lnk_reshuffle.py", line 869, in run self.master.mainloop() File "C:\lnk_reshuffle-v3\lnk_reshuffle\python34\lib\tkinter\__init__.py", line 1069, in mainloop self.tk.mainloop(n) File "C:\lnk_reshuffle-v3\lnk_reshuffle\python34\lib\tkinter\__init__.py", line 1491, in __call__ self.widget._report_exception() File "C:\lnk_reshuffle-v3\lnk_reshuffle\python34\lib\tkinter\__init__.py", line 1235, in _report_exception root.report_callback_exception(exc, val, tb) File "C:\lnk_reshuffle-v3\lnk_reshuffle\python34\lib\tkinter\__init__.py", line 1875, in report_callback_exception import tracebackImportError: No module named 'traceback' I think I have all the prerequisites installed because the window opens initially, it only crashes after i browse to my game.exe. I have tried previous versions of lnk reshuffle and they all crash with the same error at the same point. I have tried to find a solution to this on a few modding forums but it seems no one else is having this problem. If someone could tell me what stupid thing I've missed/done it would be greatly appreciated.
