ozaziel Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Hello everyone! I admit that I am very late to join the Skyrim bandwagon, but boy has it been fun getting to know it! I just bought the Skyrim Legendary Edition (with all DLC) for my ps3, and have had a blast working with the mechanics of the game and exploring the vast world. However, after exploring the different mods available on youtube, I have decided that this game lacks some sexiness! Therein lies my problem: I am COMPLETELY lost when it comes to downloading mods and installing them on a PC, let alone my ps3. I have tried numerous videos on youtube that teach me the USB method of transfering files from my PC to ps3 but agian, I'm an idiot. My question is this, can someone help me out, porfavor? I don't even need that much added. I just want to begin a seperate account with a female succubus character with some sexy armor and character customization options. If anyone could help, I figured it would be someone here:) Also, maybe there is a page that has the exact links to the files I need with a clear step-by-step on how to mod my ps3 successfully. I would be forever grateful. In any case, I can see how people love this game and how easy it is to try and create something unique for yourself at the same time. Thanks in advance and I hope you all have fun playing! -ozaziel
jampr Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 1. Learn how to use Mod Organizer (MO), it was a little time consuming but it was worth it (videos: intro, 1-10): 2. Follow most of the steps of this modding guide: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/47360-anatriaxs-guide-to-an-immersive-skyrim/page-1 I was really newb to modding but those two guides/tutorial made a hell of a lot of difference.
ghostwalkr Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 First and foremost - Welcome to the community. Are you asking how to mod your PS3 version of Skyrim? If so, then you're out of luck. If you're looking for help in how to mod your PC version of Skyrim - then here are some key recommendation Start off by watching a series of videos by a gentleman named Gopher on Youtube. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/35697-tutorial-mod-organizer-installation-of-skse-v1/ They are extremely informative and easy to understand and follow As jamper stated - get Mod Organizer (M.O). It will save you a lot of hair pulling. M.O guide: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Mod_Organizer In addition the guide jamper reference - I strongly recommend since you're new to use the S.T.E.P project as a guide. Project S.T.E.P: http://wiki.step-project.com/Main_Page This project will walk you through the process of modding your Skyrim in a logical progression. Take 'baby steps' when it comes to modding. Only introduce a small number of mods at a time - test to make sure everything is working before you add more mods. Hopefully this will help. Again - welcome and have fun with modding. [ghost]
