I've reached the 100% max of my PM capacity. I deleted a lot of messages, to include emptying the trash can, but it's showing as full. What is going on?

Make sure your sent items is cleared out as well.

Yeah same thing happened to me when I deleted sent and trash too; in fact, each message I have is occupying 4% - is that normal?

It should be 2% per message now because Ashal has increased the PM storage space to twice the size.

Keep in mind all folders together count towards a total of 50 messages - inbox, sent items and drafts.

Thing is, I try to check the "all" box at the top, but it does nothing, and it's a pain in the ASS to check each individual box. Besides, even with the sent box undeleted, I should've made a HUGE dent in the storage. But it still reads 100%.
