Well, I didn't. The first TMC (with the milk) is from PuffLod by Giantdad, I transfered that shape (2) to the HLOD TMC (by Saafrats). The Pufflod body is a variation of the HLOD body. Timmys Character Transformer Tools works much the same way, not just for breasts. My goal was to transfer the Pufflod shape to a HLOD shape with hair, and the transfer got rid of the milk (3). If you have a body shape with larger breasts BCM will work fine if the TMCs have about the same number of vertices. Some useful links..

I have already seen some models from DOA in this game. For example, Nyotengu and Tina. Perhaps you better use a search engine, so you will quickly find what you are looking for.

I want to port the mod on the forum to L4D2, but I don't know what to do, the search engine didn't find the tutorial.

I think you need to learn how to mod for L4D2 first, then try to adapt materials, tools and models, both games are completelly different, when it comes to modding you'll find a lot of limitations, as long as you have patience, time and skills, it would be possible.

Hey mai! Using Timmys Character Transformer or BCM can affect size, but only as it relates to your source (a larger or smaller HLOD body for exsample). Doing more sculpting would require pro tool knowledge or actual 3D mesh work. I don't know if legends like Harry P or Timmy c are still active but the god I pray to in DOA modding is here https://www.deviantart.com/repinscourge His  bodyshaping work for DOA is on point and he knows a lot more about it than I, maybe you can chat him up. If you haven't seen his TAKI mod, you are missing out (RLOD Forever)!

Is there some major difference between the ABC Transformer and the Character Transformer Tool? I'm assuming CTT isn't redundant, but I don't know what one does that the other doesn't. On the surface they look to do the same exact thing.

You can consider uploading dead or alive 5 videos with explicit pornographic content to pornhub and vimeo. If you must upload to YOUTUBE, I will give you an idea. The first step is to set "video age restriction (on request of the uploader)" in youtube, and the second step should not contain explicit sexual content on the video cover.
The third step is to set the video to be watched by people who know the link. Others don't know your video link. Others can't search for DOA5 videos containing sexually explicit content on YOUTUBE.
Other people click on your youtube avatar, and other people view your youtube homepage and cannot see the DOA5 video containing sexually explicit content.
You send the video link to your friends, and your friends can watch DOA5 videos that contain sexually explicit content. People who don’t know the video link can’t watch it.
