3 Conflicting mods

Hello Guys!

Here is my problem: 

There are 3 mods I cant make work together (getting CTD).

 

The Oasis - Tropical Playerhome http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61670/?

Helsmyrr Village http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64442/?

Pirates of Skyrim http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62844/?

 

All of these mods have conflicting files that overwrite each other. I tried to change loadorder, but the game keeps crashing randomly. Especially once I find myself in one of these locations (Oasis, Pirate ship, etc.)

If anyone can give me any clue how to make it work, I will be very grateful !

 

P.S. Im MO user, and here is my loadorder and papyrus (just for a case)

What sort of files are overwriting each other? Most files should not cause an issue, the only ones I can think of that would be an issue is meshes or scripts. Meshes can be gotten around but if they have scripts named the same or have rewritten the same scripts it will be difficult to fix.

I ve made  Bashed Patch 0 using Wyre Bash as u told me to, cleaned all ESP Masters as it says in this guide

 

After these steps the game became way more stable, at least for the first ~10 hrs of playing. But after I completed the PIRACY quest, it has started to crash over and over again....  And yet Im not sure this is the mod to blame...

What sort of files are overwriting each other? 

It's ONLY *.dds and *.nif files as far as i can see.

Also, I ve noticed Bounty hunters dont want to appear (Patch 6d) from http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/1935-prison-overhaul-v033-patches/

Maybe my CTD's has something to do with it...

Those errors are from scripts initializing and not finding things, it is not uncommon to see them at the start of a log file. The log you uploaded looks like it had only gone through the initialization process and has little to no play on it, if you have a log from a session where the game crashed that would be best to upload.

 

The only time you should get crashes from meshes overwriting another is things like bodies and skeletons, specifically if it is a body that the skeleton does not support (BBP skeleton with a TBBP body).

I see your point. And yes, I get this log while trying to load a save file that caused crash instantly.

I will try to gather more information by tonight.

Load another save first (I usually load one made just after creating my character) then the one you want to actually play, Skyrim has some issues when loading a save after just launching the game.
