Penso che sul Tubo ci siano dei contenuti protetti per la maggiore età. A questo forum accedi solo se sei maggiorenne. Quando il sistema scambia contenuti con siti ad accesso limitato per tali motivi o per altri ( ad es.: contenuti disponibili solo per una nazione o un continente ) li blocca o ne oscura il link. Ciò per consentire solo un accesso attivo cliccando sul link e non passivo visualizzandolo direttamente. E' solo una mia supposizione per quanto riguarda la limitazione per età; è una esperienza diretta invece per ciò che riguarda la limitazione da CopyRight nazionali o continentali. Inoltre se mettete link per altri siti ( tipo l'ultimo sito di incontri ) potreste incorrere ad una violazione delle regole di questo forum che non prevedono pubblicità gratuite per gli autori delle mod e per altri siti non autorizzati dagli amministratori. Riteniamoci quindi fortunati che gli amministratori continuano a tollerare la nostra attività illecita in questo forum. Facciamo più attenzione a linkare contenuti che potrebbero non essere in linea con la netiquette del sito che ci ospita.

Now I can read what you post!

Since we are embedding a video through their site using the tools they provide, not stealing or mis-using the content, I would think we are not breaking any laws or copyright issues. It all leads back to You Tube, so we are supporting the YT site as well as this one, I don't see the Big Deal from posting the music, they don't own it either.

It likely started with a band performing a new song that hasn't been released yet Someone recorded it and downloaded to their IG page. Youtubers got wind of it and started posting it without verifying its source.  Because the song hasn't been released yet also means there is no digital ID for it and YouTube has no way to track it. Due to pressure from the licensing company, YouTube (having 5 billion views a day) had to do a manual search, issue copywrite strikes, to forcefully remove all bootlegged material from its platform.  I can only speculate on YouTubes current and future behavior. I'm still inclined to believe this is temporary, but I have misgivings if YouTube cares what I think.  

Edit: Your connected to this too Mr. Innocent. Because a band you like is a party of that unreleased song.

Dal momento che incorporiamo un video attraverso il loro sito utilizzando gli strumenti che forniscono, senza rubare o utilizzare in modo improprio il contenuto, penso che non stiamo infrangendo alcuna legge o problema di copyright. Tutto riconduce a You Tube, quindi supportiamo il sito YT oltre a questo, non vedo un grosso problema nel pubblicare la musica, non ne sono nemmeno proprietari.

La violazione delle regole c'è stata e il collegamento al sito di incontri è stato rimosso. Sono certo sul fatto che se un contenuto può essere divulgato solo in Italia ed io lo condivido quì tale contenuto sarà visibile solo ad utenti IT. Ed è successo anche l'esatto contrario: un contenuto per utenti non IT io non lo potrò mai condividere. Per poterlo condividere ho dovuto chiedere cosa era ed andarmelo a cercare tra i contenuti per utenti IT. Seguirà la citazione del post di cui parlo.
