I feel like I should know how to figure this out... It's hit or miss, sometimes I get the animation, and sometimes I don't...

Edit: And what 7keys said. Are you sure Bruce Wayne? The Silverlock site shows NVSE 5.0B2 when the link to dropbox is showing NvSE 5.0B1..

There are 2 different things NVSE which I think is V5 beta1.7 or later And NX Extender which I think is V16 or later If something is asking for version 14 it may be an outdated mod or you don't have the NX extender installed

It is always a mod conflict, the latest stable sexoutng works for me after solving my own mod conflict which turned out to be a dll in the plugins folder from an older JIP Selective fire (newest version works, tested.) So even though I disabled all my mods, I still had the problem because this dll file was still there. Once I removed it animations worked again, this is when the same mod and dll worked fine with previous stable version. You can't rule out anything just because it worked before, disable down to minimum required and test, make sure you have all the prerequisite files as others have stated.

I'll give it a shot That and reinstall a fresh current version of NVSE and the NXextender and make sure it is installed into the correct location. BruceWayne's tutorial will show you where exactly it would end up at so that you can go and check to be sure it is installed correctly.
