DanteShadow83 Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 I realy have no idea what is going on: I start skyrim and start a new game. Everything seems fine. I finish making my character. (By the way I'm using the Alternate Start - Live Another Life mod) I start moving and no issue so far. But as soon as I open the door out to Skyrim the game crashes to the decktop. So I start Skyrim again as soon as I hit load game on the main menu it crashes back to the decktop again and it keeps doing this. Now I've tried a number of things. I checked the load order using both Loot and Boss. Doesn't load I tried using the TES5edit to see if I'm missing something. Nothing loads still Unchecked all my mods. Still won't load I use the GenerateFNISforUsers. Nope. Has anybody had this problem before cause I really don't know what to do now? randomtguy Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Your Alternate Start esp is a bit high in the load order, I think it's recommended to put it as close to last as possible. If that doesn't help, does it crash when you start a new game with mods deactivated? If so the main files may be corrupted. If you have it through steam you can try validating local content, but back up your inis first in case they're overwritten. If not are you using Mod Organizer? Just because you uncheck your esps doesn't stop Skyrim from loading textures etc, except with MO's virtual directory structure, then you can disable the entire mod.

It does not crash when I start a new game. Only until I go outside into Skyrim. Yes I am using mod organizer

Anatriax Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Try uninstalling Puppet Master and Beeing Female. Run LOOT and FNIS. That should help things a little.
jacb Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Are you using SKSE memory patch? If on top of listed mods you're also using bunch of texture replacers, Skyrim might simply run out of default memory on exterior cell load, especially with increased uGirds. Since I can't post links, you can look for "Memory Blocks Log" on nexus to check if it's true in your case (description is pretty self-explanatory, IMO). AS-LAL might only give you issues on game startup (before character creation). If game goes that far, AS-LAL is unlikely the cause. Still, it should be as low in load order as possible. Also, you should always make FNIS patch when using custom skeleton and bashed/merged patch with several mods that "add new stuff" - won't help with crashes, but will make mods function as intended.
Swissenergy Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 "Open the door to skyrim", are you referring to opening a door from indoors to outdoors? Or are you crashing when sleeping in the LAL bed after talking to the statue? If you're crashing when sleeping in the bed, try re-installing your skeleton (most likely XPMSE) and see if that fixes it. You can also try removing your armor/clothing and if the game crashes when you do, it's almost certainly a skeleton conflict and re-installing should fix it. As it has already been mentioned, LAL is to far up in your load order and should be at the very bottom, only above the plugins Anatiax mentioned. Also already mentioned, use LOOT and not BOSS to sort your load order, and be sure to run FNIS every time you install or uninstall mods dependent on it.
