Like, I have seen pictures of them, and they must exist SOMEWHERE since the pictures were obviously taken, but there has not a single time been a small list that says "Use these mods to make it look like in pic". Not even once. So here I am, asking the very simple question... Does anyone know where I can actually find these things? Like, I have a good body, good eyebrows, good eyes, and good hair. But it seems goddamn impossible to actually find a good face-texture thing for any MALE character. I have seen about 10 or so mods that make FEMALES look like anime characters, but what about the goddamn males? Does anyone know where to find these things? Anywhere? Here are some examples of what I am looking to get.

The easiest way (probably) to achieve an anime or final fantasy esque male character is to create a custom male race with female head. But this could still be hard to do, since i've never seen anyone do this. I could be wrong tho. I myself has search for mods to create pretty males as well, with no luck. Though my aim are hella more prettier than your examples. Let's hope that someone knowledgeable is interested in making mods for creating these kind of characters.

I gave up on making followers because my faggot brain just can't follow those making-followers-for-the-dumbasses tuts. I fucking hate myself. But FUCK, do i wanna share these babies like a motherfucker. I won't even care if someone stole muh shit and claim them as their own. I just wanna shaaaare godammit!

Even the proper combo of ECE + YgNord would have difficulty accomplishing that level of bishonen-ness without pulling the old "key a female head on a male body" trick that AVA's author used. Either it's a Dodo that never existed in the first place, or I haven't tried really, really, really hard enough to look for them. And believe me, I do want something of that kind.
