Just a simple mod which adds color to the Tranquility Lane Simulation so you can have all the bright colors the assets deserve to catch.

 

Sorry for the interiors still being black and white, now fixed

You know, I can understand why Bethesda did the black-and-white thing for Tranquility Lane, fitting the aesthetic and all...

But this is a wonderful mod that will make it so much better, easier to tolerate being in there.

Apparently, the assets were there all along, but probably because of the black/white pallete, people never really paid much attention to it.

 When I was a boy growing up in the 60's and 70's here in the USA, the term 'Colored' Tranquility Lane

would have meant something totally different
