MO lost my load order, can I restore it from a save?

I accidentally tried installing a mod while Mod Organizer was still loading a profile and completely lost the load order of that profile. I found a way to read the load order from a save in Wrye Bash, but I can't figure out how to use that list to change the order in Mod Organizer, if it's even possible. If not I'll have to adjust it manually, and there are about 180 mods active, so if anyone knows how to automate it I'd really appreciate it, it'd save me a lot of work. Thanks in advance.

Don't believe there is a automated option. If you ran LOOT before you could just ran that which might get it closer to what you had and then manually move the rest.

Never had that problem..

 

However.. maybe..

 

Open the saves in MO.

Right Click on the save you want to restore the load order from (example, most recent save )

Select "fix mods"

You will be given a list of missing ESPs. Click OK

Now you have the mods used in your load order provided they were there and not changed (name) or removed.

Run Loot.. get a proper functional load order. 

Make minor changes as you see fit to get close to or exactly what you had as needed.

 

Not exactly the way to restore exactly but should get you up and running again without manually going through to fix.

 

If it don't work as you desire it ot.. you can just unslect the mods.. no harm done.

 

Once you DO GET A PROPER LOAD ORDER FIXED.

click on the backup button above the left side. Make a backup..

 

Before the above.. check the backup restore option above the left side / right side to see if there is a previous date you can turn back to.
