Lewd Warfare is a Match 3 RPG fought by units with abilities & spells, over a Nation conquest/risk style map against multiple factions and is also considered a Strategy Game. Set in a fantasy world it includes Factions based on hybrid humanoids, Elves, Amazons and Mages with more to come. Each Faction has 4 unique units(Characters) with one faction leader and all are artistically represented with full body art on screen.

How the game play Tree works

 

Pick a Faction

You pick from one of 5 factions essentially picking which leader/type of characters you want to be with. 

 

Current factions/Descriptions are as follows

Mages - Wind/Fire/Void/Ice

Amazons - Packleader/Barbarian/SpearWoman/BeastBreaker

Elves - Druid/Herbalist/Archer/Rogue

Dragonkin - Dragon/Basilisk/Snake/Lizard

Kaian - Boomaster/EarthMaster/BladeMaster/Monk(MasterJK)

 

The fifth faction is genderless or does not denote male or females separately but more on them later. Note these names represent the classes/units on the battlefield map whilst we've given them names and personalities as part of the experience.

 

In terms of faction content we'd like to have more then five but are focusing on five within this year and within our timeline plan.

 

Overview map

 

After picking a faction you will get introduced to some flavor text for your factions history & state of current affairs. On the map itself your able to select individual regions and see related stats and economy factors along with the region environment type later on we'l have art associated to each type and that will effect the battle background art.

You'l also have access to the Upgrade/Purchase  tavern(New idea as of 09/07/2015) The idea is when you upgrade units you'l be able to get different outfits an additional abilities for them. We've already decided how these different abilities will work for each unit already. 

Once your happy you'l be able to drag and select Unit Icon's to locations you want them to go to initiate battle or just straight up capture unowned pieces of land.

 

Battle/Match3

 

You can have up to 4 different units in a battle, only one can be active at any given time but you can swap them out. As your character or the foe characters become wounded their will be visual changes from clothing to stance. Along with audio reactions from initial taunting to later grunts/exhaustion. Characters will banter with each other.

The match 3 gameplay system we're currently using is very fast paced and you'l have to keep up the tempo of a intense battle. Whilst Managing your active unit positioning.

 

Planned NSFW/Lewd Breakdown

 

Upgrading/discovery (Mutual Sex) scene within your own faction

 

Duel with a 1v1 duel between two characters. Special Art related to two individuals getting together.

 

General Combat

Clothes tearing in battle

Stance changes/expression changes

End Animation on combat

Dialogue during combat/Possible voice acting with one person already enlisted.

 

 

 

Conquest

Defeating a character multiple time and routing them will change their dialogue over 2-3 battles in what I call turning them Tsun or "converting" them. This will result in Lewd Sex Art

We are also looking at a challenge/Duel option to allow you to match characters in some way.

 

Nation Conquest

Sex Orgy including the opposing Faction Leader in a Harem all Characters Art Piece.

 

Types of character

Whilst are characters are currently yuri centric we have various neutrals characters with more to be decided that will be singular characters outside of the core factions with their own special stories. Special pieces of land may be tied to them along with conquest/challenge stories.

 

Extra Comments

Their will be more factions later with Tree folk, Nekomimi & Ghosts planned for later.

Some of the current characters are Futa we've just not specified which ones currently though we are lightly considering ways to avoid content you don't like.

Just updated Tumblr with a change log of what we've been doing as a team. The newest feature being the Tavern/Pub as a place to recruit new forces.

Along with a visual update to the strategy Map we'l port the functionality of the original map to select regions over the new one as soon as its finished.

I'm able to answer anything you might swing our way if you have anything in mind I know its not that easy to comment without a playable build but the public build 

will be available in around 4 weeks from now.

So it's like Risk as far as the army build-up and attacking Terra tories I assume. However battle takes place with the match 3 as opposed to dice rolls?

Your on the dot. The match 3 component is pretty nippy/fast with visual spell effects doing unique things to the match 3 board board along with the characters be partially animated/giving verbal feedback. I've explained the rest above really. 

 

The world map does run in risk manner and you'l be spread out all over the place in your own way throughout any given conquest. Their are neutral states in between the main factions but overall each faction starts with around an equal amount of land and can chose to go whichever they want to achieve victory. The Risk like challenges such as going all in at any given point and making yourself vulnerable from other directions, or the problems or having supply lines cut off. Though mastery of the Match 3 system might give you an edge. Its also a little more visually satisfying or what we hope so. 

 

Though in general who knows in the future maybe I'l do just a hentai Risk game and make that work somehow..

From my perspective I don't think it plays like a puzzle game. I'l repeat what I've seen elsewhere when you have turn limits and unlimited time sure it feels like a puzzle game. But when your being pressured to perform your best and have no turn limit its something else:D. The strategy map and managing that is very important to gameplay and overall success. But the high Tempo match 3 gameplay we have right now is a lot more in your hands then the traditional dice rolling method of Risk.

Sorry we've been unable to show off the map just today the guy designing the visuals for it has told us hes going to be away for 5 days so we're looking for a back up in case things don't get finished on their end. Their has been a lot of over promising going on.

 

Sorry we don't have pregnancy ): our artist just isn't into it so it won't be available for now or in the near future.

Just uploaded the Arcanist/Mage finalized art line up.


 

I also updated patreon so that the the Lewd tier was the $25 tier instead. No idea what the $50 tier will be worry about it when someone actually wants to give to it.


 

We'll be making a post in regards to the changes we've made to picking factions whilst their still there we've added a new option that will effect the world story and ultimately some of the decisions you make as the one leading the charge. In a One or the other manner.

 

On note in regards to some feedback we'l probably have a grid with semi transparency behind the nodes itself it might be an option though. Had a few requests about it so we know about it.

 

Still aiming for the first version of an playable build in 2-3 weeks time. It won't have all the suggestions we've liked implemented, just cause of timing constraints but we'l get around to them when we can. These might be self imposed timing constraints but the gist is hopefully everyone will work their hardest to meet it.

There is a misinformation news post on SankakuComplex right now stating this is a Lupiesoft game I just want to clarify that its not I've been getting a bunch of personal messages all over the place querying me about this. Whilst I personally do work with Lupiesoft this is my own Personal Project outside of the Studio.

What might be late is the new UI work as the external help we're getting work we're getting done for that is a bit late.

One of five new concept previews for the Defeat type artwork the remainder are on patreon but I've got to post some to grab attention ^-^.

Defeat content appears during a battle and happens when a unit/character loses on either side. This is one of 3 core methods of getting Lewd content. With a 4th way being a end of game reward.

Showing off 0.2 version gameplay(Video). Patreon users will be getting keys for next month and beyond to download access to the latest builds. To clarify a public build will be available shortly so you can at least see what we're up to first hand. If all goes well we'l also be receiving help with sound effects from another adult game dev. This video shows off a character not previously seen outside of patreon.

I posted this on patreon a while ago but thought I should mention it on here. The PC of our programmer(CPU) has been broken for about 11 days now whilst art and story/planning wise things have gone on. The unity scripting work that has been needing to be done has got rather behind. So we've been looking for someone to come in to share some of the workload or help out on the project.

 

I've felt partially at a loss at what to do as there are very few people I know that are reliable unity developers. So if anyone reads this and knows someone that might be interested in getting involved in an adult dev project with our game style please say so.

 

Whilst the delay will mean there will be more lewd content in the playable version when it arrives. Its still ultimately another delay from the dates our programmer had originally given us.

 

*Edit:After having a bunch of different scripters & programmers look at the code to fix a bug in the damage over time effect code Joxno managed to get pc access for one evening and fixed it (Lol at life moment)

We settled on one new scripter contributor to the project that is acting in place of our other programmer until their back & contributing again. We'd of course like feedback and any reports of errors. Though we know its possible to cause nodes to get disaligned in some circumstances. There is a lot more to be added to the game so we'l keep trucking along.

I could upload to mega in the future or some kind soul could do so. In general though by having it through a site we own we can keep better track of the traffic. I generally like Mega though. I assume you've downloaded it by now ?

V0.21 Current Changes
 
 
1) Added a function allowing exit to menu. You can click the icon again to close the pop up window. This now highlights in red to make this more obvious.
2) Map controls now work with adsw and arrow keys.
3) The options menu at the beginning of the game is now accessible so you can change resolutions from within game.
 
 
 
Other stuff still being worked on right now
The tavern quick icon has also been added this will open up the tavern screen. Which will allow you to chose which units to recruit & offer talking functions.
The tavern itself can actually be clicked on the world map but it was disabled for the 0.2 release. It'l take us a little time to get it up and running the way we want it to run.
 
Ui overhaul - The Artist Edalie is currently working on a new UI design as the current one is mostly placeholder.
 
Other 0.2 Horizon stuff includes:

Ai Improvements
Save/Load System

In terms of scripting we're using Unity(UnityScript) so closest to C#

 

If you mean spoken language which I doubt you mean then English First :D
