Yuni Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 This requires a bit of explanation. Normally I use Milk Mod Economy, and love the hell out of it. But today I restarted because I wanted to be a vampire lord, so I installed Better Vampires, Deviously Cursed Loot, Cum Potions (and textures and related mods), and on this file, I didn't have Milk Mod Economy. I've included a papyrus log, but when I turned Milk Mod Economy (version 2015-06-17) back on in Mod Organizer, EVERYTHING failed. MCM won't update when I use setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1, Better Vampires can't do anything, feeding animations fail, sex animations crash the game, absolutely ANYTHING that includes scripts just fails to use their scripts. I have no idea WHICH of the aforementioned mods is incompatible with Milk Mod Economy, but turning Milk Mod back off makes all the scripts run again. One time it even told me my JContainers was suddenly incompatible because of it, but only once. I looked at the Papyrus log I've included, and it's almost 4,000 lines of damn near everything erroring and falling apart with script errors. Is this a known incompatibility or something? Never in all my years playing Skyrim has changing one mod caused such a cascade failure in my mods. Edit: Do note, Milk Mod was turned on and off simultaneously with JUGS, as they're related. It's possible that it's JUGS. Testing for case isolation. Edit 2: Case tested. Turning on Milk Mod without turning on JUGS causes the same cascade failure. Also remembered my Papyrus log for real this time. Papyrus.0.log
Yuni Posted June 27, 2015 Author Posted June 27, 2015 Update: For anyone else who has my problem. It's Better Vampires. The 7.0 version of Better Vampires does NOT play nice with Sexlab. It must be something with how he wrote his scripts, but you put them with other script heavy things like Sexlab, Devious Devices, maybe even SPERG, and scripting in general falls apart. It's not Milk Mod causing issues, it's Better Vampires. This saddens me, because vampire files are fun, and it didn't used to do this. Remember kids: On any tech support forum, when your problem is solved, post your solution. Someone, somewhere, will eventually google the problem and find your forum post.
fiewiel Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 http://www.loverslab.com/topic/48582-after-updating-cdt-on-save-wait-sleep-travel/ -> Problems with MME but no BV installed. I ran into problems with the milk mod and I made sure that in load order no other mod could overwrite its scripts (but I had BV). You should mention your observations in the MME thread. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/36908-milk-mod-economy-2015-06-17/
Ed86 Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 if you want to go extreme you can edit your skyrim.ini, which some ppl dont recommend, but i did and im still alive backup your skyrim.ini and add: [Papyrus] fUpdateBudgetMS=800 fExtraTaskletBudgetMS=800 fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=2000.0 iMinMemoryPageSize=128 iMaxMemoryPageSize=4096 iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=2147483647 bEnableLogging=1 bEnableTrace=1 bLoadDebugInformation=1 thats my papyrus log: [06/27/2015 - 12:58:41PM] Papyrus log opened (PC) [06/27/2015 - 12:58:41PM] Update budget: 800.000000ms (Extra tasklet budget: 800.000000ms, Load screen budget: 2000.000000ms) [06/27/2015 - 12:58:41PM] Memory page: 128 (min) 4096 (max) 2147483647 (max total) that supposed to give script engine more time to load and increase available memory that might help, or not =)
