Not sure if it goes here, but I have a question about facegen modeller

Sorry if this doesn't go here, please redirect me if it doesn't. Anyway I was wondering if it's possible to import or edit the .fg save file to other programs like Blender? I'm too poor to shell out a couple hundred for a piece of software that I would only end up using once so I can't actually export the stupid thing. And it looks soooo good.

Better yet, is there any free alternatives?

Some people have managed to port fg to an actual save. You'll never get a response how they did it, though. And these ports have been pretty successful with the vanilla headmesh. But the vanilla headmesh completely sucks. The result you get in FG Modellor isn't the exact same. The nose for instance. You won't get that perfect round alar. A custom headmesh is always a nice alternative but it could cause problems like no facial animation expressions if it has too many vertex.

If it was possible, this would of been implemented a long time ago and we would of had a much better headmesh. Sinblood did his own headmesh, or he edited the vanilla headmesh (some people tend to do that). But I don't recall seeing his female characters ever show expressions.

I wouldn't waste money on that. Not worth it. I also don't know of a similar program.

You're right I didn't, but I was under the impression this was for Fallout. *shruggs*
