File upload/download. My mods here on LL. Broken?

OK, I see a few other posts about download issues from users, but I'm posting this because I have mods on LL and as the author, I'm having upload/download issues and so are the folks trying to download my files.

I got a report from a user that my file was corrupt and couldn't be opened (unzipped). So I checked my file here on my computer and it was fine. Downloaded the copy from LL and sure enough... corrupt. So I deleted it from LL and reuploaded THE EXACT SAME FILE. Downloaded it again and... it's fine.

Got a report about ANOTHER file showing as 0 bytes (although it shows on the downloads page as 44 megs). Check my local file. It's ok. Download from LL. Sure enough... 0 bytes. So delete from LL and try to upload again and L goes through the whole progress bar and THEN tells me no file was selected for upload. Tried several times. Advanced uploader... basic uploader just does absolutely nothing..

I thought maybe it was a Chrome issue. Tried again in IE (I hate IE). Completely broken. Doesn't upload anything.

So... SOMETHING is going on with uploads/downloads and it doesn't even affect everyone the same.

I reuploaded bodyslide files for Gatti-12 for UUNP after a user reported it corrupt and I confirmed by downloading the LL file myself.

I reuploaded THE EXACT SAME FILE as I had uploaded previously.

One user reports, "OK, that's working great now!"

A second user says, "Unfortunately I still can't open it."

I opened a Mega account just because of this. I used Link to File and pasted the mega link. It looks like complete gibberish on the download page and I don't see a way to change what it displays on that page.

Can a fella get a little help here?

Thanks

I recently started doing a clean skyrim install again. And i noticed some mods being corrupt aswell. Sometimes it fixed itself when i downloaded it a bit later, but after downloading captured dreams for like 5 times i ended up with a 35 kb file instead of a 44 mb one. Something fishy is going on here, but i dont manage the site so i just have to wait and hope it gets fixed.
