What Is This?

So I'm out and about and I get a mission called "Time Enough At Last". I found the H.B.'s Glasses and it wants me to go way off map to get the book. So I no clip my way there after a very long run, during which time a quoted text comes up constantly being upset that I am ignoring it. Also, there are various ABC songs playing as I run while toy blocks from Fallout 3 appear being my steps.

 

After hanging out for a moment the "voice" summons a huge gecko that teleports me to the Dam, in a room that you can't go back to lit with purple lights. Still having to get this book I set off again, although this time the theme to Doctor Who is playing if I go a certain direction, or else it cuts back to the ABC songs.

 

What the hell is going on? Is this part of someone's mod that unlocked that doesn't show up in a forum search or is this something else?

We need a bit more info then that like what your load order is so we know what you have installed into your game.

Not sure what this one is from st.esp.  I do notice that you have 2 SexoutLust.esp's in your load order not sure if there is suppose to be or not. Probably the fastest's way to see where this quest is coming from is to fire up FNVEDIT and look at the quest branches for each .esp till you find it since your load order is pretty short it shouldn't take very long to find it. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34703/?

I suggest you go read the description on the download page. The truth will become apparent if you read thoroughly, and google "Time enough At Last" if you don't get the reference.
