Most of tool makers and modders are either westerners or japanese. It's just that people tend to avoid western communities, for good reasons.

Thanks to Harry Palmer, of course, for the nude mesh and whoever made the topless version of this mod, since I based mined off of that and copied the bottom mesh onto it. BTW, this was the mod I was offering anyone $50 to make, lol, so I beat you all to it! Edit: I had some flaws on the model, until I realized I could just replace the whole body with the nude one, rather than try to piece it together. Love the new tools!
